Step 1: Apply Online

Submit your resume to an open position or join our Talent Network. We review every submission carefully.

Step 2: Interview with Priority

If you’re a match, we’ll schedule an interview to understand what you want, what you’re great at, and how we can help.

Step 3: Skill & Review

We take a full-picture look at your candidacy including your interview, experience, and any relevant skills testing. If it clicks, we’ll get your green light to submit you to the client.

Step 4: Client Presentation

We showcase your strengths, coordinate any next steps, and help lock in interviews, offers, and all things onboarding.

Step 5: You’re On Assignment—And We’ve Got Your Back

If your role is temporary or temp-to-hire, you’re part of the Priority team and we handle your onboarding, payroll, and assignment support. We’re you’re go to for any questions, time-off requests, or employee inquiries.

We work together to make sure you have everything you need to show up, stand out, and crush it.

If you’re placed in a direct hire role, you’ll be hired directly by the client. We’ll walk with you through the entire hiring process and make sure you’re prepped and confident.
